Paleo Plan

Every dish we create has been put through its paces to ensure it not only tastes great but is packed full of nutrients to help you fuel you through your week.

  • Our paleo dishes are designed to increase vegetable and fibre intakes which dramatically improves gastrointestinal health and inflammation levels.  The modern day diet is heavily processed and reliant on sugars and modified fats, as this is the case there are so many chronic illnesses linked to the food we consume on a daily basis.
  • Our Paleo plan consists of either 2 or 3 meals per day
  • Our 3 meals per day Paleo plan consists of around 1300 to 1400 calories per day

Each meal is designed with high protein levels, healthy fats and lower carbohydrates, the paleo diet is proven to lose weight, reduce appetite and eliminates all processed foods and added sugars.

Gourmet Plan

We use the same fundamentals as we do in our paleo plans in regards to sourcing our meat and vegetables locally and organically where possible.

  • Our gourmet meal plan consists of 2, 3 meals per day
  • Our 3 meals per day meal plan are designed with around 1800 to 1900 calories.
  • This meal plan is designed for those with more demand for lower fats and higher carbohydrates along with extra calories to fuel you through your day.
  • There are somewhere between 500 to 650 calories in each meal
  • Each week our menu changes to include healthy nutrients from a variety of meats, fish and vegetables

Place your order by Thursday for the following week. Place one order and we will make 2 deliveries during the week – as all of our food is freshly made.
