Every dish we create has been put through its paces to ensure it not only tastes great but is packed full of nutrients to help you fuel you through your week.

All of our produce is locally sourced from the finest suppliers to ensure the highest quality of standard in every meal!

We design our meals to increase vegetable and fibre intakes which dramatically improves gastrointestinal health and inflammation levels.  The modern day diet is heavily processed and reliant on sugars and modified fats, as this is the case there are so many chronic illnesses linked to the food we consume on a daily basis.

Our Paleo plan consists of either 2, 3 meals per day with our 3 meals per day plan designed with around 1400 calories,

Each meal is designed with high protein levels, healthy fats and lower carbohydrates, the paleo diet is proven to lose weight, reduce appetite and eliminates all processed foods and added sugars.
